Niculin holds two master’s degrees from the University of Basel in history and physics and in European Global Studies. He then worked for the State Secretariat for Migration, the EU Delegation and foraus. For two years, he was in charge of political education and youth participation at the Federation of Swiss Youth Parliaments FSYP. Since 2022, he has been working as Head of Strategic Projects and Data Officer at the General Secretariat of the Green-Liberal Party of Switzerland.
