Mara Danz completed a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland in Basel. She is currently doing her Master in Art Education at the Zurich University of the Arts in Zurich. After her Bachelor she worked two years as a designer in Paris at Maison Margiela, further she is a lecturer at the F+F in fashion design and since 2021 she has her own fashion label DANZ which focuses on textile design and feminist concepts. With DANZ she has already received various awards including the Swiss Design Award 2021.
