Fabian Dalbert has a background in electrical engineering and holds a degree in Science, Technology and Policy from ETH Zurich, with a focus on energy and climate policy. After completing various internships, including in environmental management, international relations, and political risk management at Swiss Re, he has been working in various roles at the Parliamentary Services since 2018, currently as Deputy Secretary of the Committees for Social Security and Health. During and after his studies, Fabian has been involved in various organizations, including serving on the board of the ETH Model United Nations association and the student association for his degree program. He is a long-standing member of foraus, co-author/editor of several publications, and served as Co-Leader of the Bern Regional Group from 2020 to 2023.
