Cenni Najy holds a Master’s degree in European Studies from the Global Studies Institute (GSI) of the University of Geneva and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy of the European Union from the College of Europe in Bruges. His current research focuses on diplomatic relations between Switzerland and the European Union (EU). His research focuses particularly on EU’s negotiating position towards Switzerland. Research topics related to European integration, such as the emergence and expansion of an external governance in the EU, are also among his areas of interest. Since 2015, Cenni has been Co-Head of the foraus program group on Europe. He has previously worked for the French think tank EuropaNova.
