Andreas Oeschger joined foraus in 2019 and has been Co-Head of the Environment, Transport and Energy Program since March 2023. He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations with specialization in International Trade and Finance from the Geneva Graduate Institute. Through academic research projects for WTO and ILO, he has specialized in the nexus between sustainable development and international trade policy. After a position as Junior Policy Analyst in the field of trade and sustainable development at the think tank IISD, he is currently working in the same field at SECO in the Free Trade Agreements Department.
