Tobias Naef is a doctoral student and scholarship holder of the Swiss National Science Foundation and conducts research on data protection and world trade at the universities of Zurich, Amsterdam and Cambridge. He co-founded foraus and was active on the board for six years. He accompanied the work of the think tank as a member of the Review Board.
