Regula completed her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at the OST – University of Applied Sciences in Eastern Switzerland in 2019. After several years of practical experience in social counselling, she decided to study for a Master’s degree part-time in order to deepen her knowledge of social work theory. She is completing this at the University of Applied Sciences of Eastern Switzerland. It is important to her to advocate for the professionalisation of the social work profession and degree course as well as its recognition in society. This is why she was an active member of the trade union for many years.
