Peter Freudenstein was co-editor of the foraus blog between March 2019 and March 2021. He is active in the South/Southeast Asia focal point for the foraus Asia team. He is currently a Mercator fellow, working in India at Brookings India at the intersection of climate change, energy security, and geopolitics. He holds a dual master’s degree from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and the University of St. Gallen.
