Noëmi completed her bachelor’s degree in social sciences at the University of Bern this summer. Her studies, as well as her stays abroad and solo travels, reinforced her interest in other cultures and foreign policy issues. At the same time, she is fascinated by questions of democratic participation and social cohesion.

In her bachelor’s thesis, she examined the Swiss People’s Council 2025 and explored the potential of deliberative participation formats for democracy. At foraus, she is therefore particularly looking forward to help shaping new forms of political dialogue as part of Politique en scène in Basel and to fostering discussion on current foreign policy issues.
