Jessica completed her Master’s degree in law at the University of Fribourg in July 2020. The topic of migration has always interested her. However, after a stay abroad and an internship in the field of human rights in Bogota in 2017, Jessica started to really get engaged in the subject. Since then, she has been able to gain experience in the field of asylum law in a law firm in Berne and has subsequently been able to deepen this experience at the AsyLex association. One of her greatest successes has been winning a ruling on deportation detention at the Federal Supreme Court. Since July 2020, Jessica has also been responsible for co-project management of the AIG/Procedures team at AsyLex.
