Franck Somé is member of Foraus since 2016 and is currently a doctoral student in public international law at the University of Neuchâtel. He holds a Master’s degree in Legal and Political Sciences, obtained in 2012 at the University of Saint Thomas Aquinas in Burkina Faso, and a Master’s degree in International and European Law from the University of Neuchâtel.
