Andrins has been Co-Head Migration Program from June 2019 until December 2022. Currently, she is the Deputy Delegate of the Federal Council for the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development at the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA). Prior to that, she worked for several years on international migration policy, including as advisor to the Swiss co-facilitator for the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration at the UN in New York. Between 2019 and 2022, she was co-head of the foraus Migration Programme.
