Alexander is currently completing his bachelor’s degree in law at the University of Fribourg, specialising in European law. As well as his studies, he gives legal advice to asylum seekers in detention with Asylex, and also as part of a voluntary legal service in Fribourg. Academically, he is interested in issues related to democracy, the rule of law and the defence of human rights.
