Stefan Wolff

Stefan Wolff is Professor of International Security at the University of Birmingham. His work focuses on international conflict management, including the OSCE’s contribution to stability and security in the post-Soviet space. He has published over 80 journal articles and book chapters, as well as 20 books, including Ethnic Conflict: A Global Perspective (OUP 2007). His latest book is a study for the World Bank on Subnational Governance and Conflict (co-authored with Simona M. Ross and Asbjorn Wee). Wolff holds degrees from the University of Leipzig (Erstes Staatsexamen), the University of Cambridge (M.Phil.), and the LSE (Ph.D.).
